We’ve had Wig and Wine nights, Pretty in Pink nights… with a fine for anyone not wearing something pink!! (including the men!), Vintage Tea Parties with plenty of home bakes and Charity Race Nights to coincide with Ascot. We organise artists and put on various money spinners to raise as much as we can, with raffles, heads and tails, bran tubs…

The White Cross Cricket Team

We have a number of faithful soldiers but always welcome some new blood. Can you bowl, bat, score or make tea? Get in touch!

There are lots of chances to win, not just the clever clogs!, with prizes every week for the best team name, the Joker Round and the nearest the bull question. (The only charge is for the nearest the Bull, which is 50p straight in the Charity Box). It can be a tad boisterous and the scoring is sometimes outrageous with wipeout rounds and bingo scores! If you fancy a change, come and join us!

Charity Book Shelf

We have a wonderful Charity book shelf which is loaded with books..it mysteriously stays full but so do the charity pots! Many thanks to everyone who brings books and everyone who buys books..at 50p each they are a bargain.

Weekends

Weekends at the White …it is a place for meeting and friendships, there are occasional functions, occasional live music or karaoke. Lots of good beer, chit chat and laughter.
